For a healthy and delicious meal, look no further than the co-op deli! Both stores have full service kitchens with hot sandwiches (don’t miss our outstanding reuben made with local organic sauerkraut), soups, salad bar and hot entree bar.  All of our food is prepared in-house using fresh and seasonal ingredients and we prioritize using organic  produce.

We are famous around the Pioneer Valley for our award-winning soups. We offer three soups every day, including favorites such tomato bisque, fish chowder, chicken gumbo and vegan split pea.

If you are in a hurry, our grab and go cooler is always fully stocked with freshly-made sandwiches, veggie salads, chicken salads, soups, brownies and more.
