General Manager Search Has Begun
The search for a new general manager for our co-op is underway! The board of directors recently approved a charter to form a search committee. Board members Rachel Roberts and Julia Ellingboe are co-chairs, Patti Waters of the current general management team is an ad hoc member, and Carolee Colter of Co-operative Development Services has been hired to assist with the process. The next step is to recruit one to two more members, preferably a co-op employee and a member-owner. We expect to have the search committee in place by the end of May.
