Every Wednesday and Friday from noon to 12:45 there is Co-op Yoga, held at Green River Yoga Studio. Rotating co-op member instructore, $1/class for FCC members. See in-store postings for instructors.
Every Friday, noon to 1 p.m. at Shelburne Falls Yoga, there is a co-op yoga class with rotating instructors. Reduced price for FCC members.
Drop-in, no registration needed for yoga. Sign up for Co-op Yoga News by going to the contact page. Cancellation notices will be sent via email.
